New Post: Offset introduced when converting .mp3 to .wav

I may not have access to the original wavs in some circumstances. For instance I downloaded an mp3 from a "music store", and the offset still gets introduced. I'll play around a bit more with a full workflow, i.e. a known .wav, convert to .mp3 (currently using lame), confirm no offset introduced, then convert back to .wav with NAudio and determine if there's an offset.
